BWISE is NOT a cultural or arts event. It is a professional awareness workshop for “ Unionites”, to help them protect the Bank’s money, protect the Bank’s interest and ultimately protect their careers and jobs.

Every day, hundreds of procedural violations can happen in branches and Regional Offices, sometimes knowingly, often simply because we are unaware of the rules, procedures and “do’s & don’ts” governing our work.

Knowing the rule is not optional
