About the Association
The Union Bank Officers' Association – Kerala State was founded in 1971 by a group of visionary officers who believed in the collective strength of unity and solidarity.
Over five decades, the Association has grown into a fortress safeguarding the rights, dignity and professional interests of Union Bank officers across Kerala — a trade union marked by loyalty, transparency, ethics, dignity and activism. Today our membership exceeds 1,600 officers, approximately 97% of the officers posted in the state.
We are affiliate-wise autonomous yet confederation-wise supportive, affiliated to the All India Union Bank Officers' Federation (AIUBOF) and the All India Bank Officers' Confederation (AIBOC).
