What is B-WISE?
B-WISE (Bankers' Work Safety Engagement Initiative) is UBOA (Kerala State)'s flagship one-day workshop, first launched in August 2019 across seven centres statewide. It began from a simple concern — officers handle public money every day, carry real legal and career risk, and yet many aren't fully aware of the regulations meant to protect them. That gap has, time and again, led to avoidable staff accountability cases, disciplinary proceedings, and even legal trouble for officers who simply didn't know the rules.

B-WISE exists to close that gap — a focused, practical session on the laws and safeguards every officer needs to work efficiently and safely, so that "I didn't know the rule" never has to be the reason someone's career is at stake.

✔️ Accountability Matters – Ethics, Vigilance & Fraud Prevention — staff accountability, reckless lending, fraud, delegation breach, disciplinary proceedings, vigilance aspects

💰 Registration: ₹250/- per participant, open to all officers — regardless of which union you belong to. Career and job safety don't discriminate by affiliation, and neither should this workshop.
